ZONE CREW
& Foremen in Training
High schoolers who are willing to come serve with our staff community here at Sky Lodge for at least 2 consecutive weeks of the summer season (6 weeks for Foremen in Training). Come to work hard and make lifelong friendships. Expect to be stretched mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Will be required to give up some personal rights for the common good.
Eligibility: Entering 10th through the summer following HS graduation. F.i.T.s must be HS Seniors
Pay: Crew starting at $80/wk
Foremen in Training starting at $185/wk

ZONE FOREMAN
These are May through August supervisory positions for young adults living Christ centered lives who will work hard and have a genuine desire to guide our high school staff into closer relationships with God. You will learn how to do ministry as a team and have the opportunity to become more effective in leadership and discipleship.
Eligibility: 18+ as well as a high school graduate.
Pay: starting at $280/wk

ZONE STAFF DEAN
The Staff Dean is responsible for leading our summer staff discipleship program. The Dean will
need to inspire a thirst for discipleship out of their own relationship with Jesus, be strong-minded but patient, and lead out of a clear vision of the desired outcome.
