Optional Breakout Sessions
Common Lies Christians Believe
Maiya Lueptow
Saturday Morning Breakout Session

Some of the Christian cliches we hear are actually unbiblical lies.  They may seem innocent but are harmful to our faith and keep far too many of us stuck in spiritual immaturity or from having anything to do with God.  Learn how to combat these lies with the truth about God in the Bible and bring encouragement and freedom to our lives.

Stretch and Refresh
Kristin Bauder
Saturday Morning Breakout Session

Come for a session of gentle stretching and refreshment to renew your body as well as your mind and spirit.  This session will include basic stretches for your muscles which will leave you relaxed, yet ready for the rest of the weekend.  Kristin Bauder, LAT, ATC, has been teaching stretching to all abilities from athletes to seniors for over twenty-five years, and will include a portion at the end of the session to answer questions about how to stretch any of your achy joints and muscles.  Most stretches will be done while seated in, or standing behind a chair, and we will also share about how various prayer postures listed in the Bible can help you to stay healthy.  All are welcome for this time together!
