ZONE GRADUATES
We recognize that many of our high school graduates are ready for more responsibility. The Graduate position is a hybrid of the Foreman and Crew positions. Our Zone Graduates are given more responsibility in the service areas, and are given charge of a group of high school Crew to lead. We expect them to cultivate a Christlike servant atmosphere when serving at Sky Lodge. Graduates are considerate when working with all types of people. However, while we still encourage our Graduates to be examples to our younger high school staff, less is required of them in the discipleship aspects of the program.
