I. Meeting Rooms
-
 The Conference Wing
of the Chapel/Recreation building includes two
conference rooms, the West Room can seat up to 50.
Groups of up to 70 can meet in the East
Room.
There are sound systems for these rooms if it is needed. We can also
provide a T.V., VCR, CD or DVD player, tape deck and overhead projector at your
request.
The Activities Area can be used as an auditorium to seat over 500
people. There is a quality
sound system, overhead projector, TV and VCR
/ DVD available when
arranged in advance. The chairs
can be set up in any manner. When not in use as a meeting room,
the vaulted
ceiling makes basketball and volleyball an added option during winter and
rainy weather.
Other Meeting
Rooms - There are various other meeting areas for all sized groups. Birch, Pine, and Oak cabins have common rooms which can hold
as many as 20; Maplewood Center can seat about 250; Cottonwood Chapel can hold
as many as 175; Hickory Hall will seat up to 125; about 40 can meet in
the Hitching Post. Whatever
the size of your group, we have a place for your meeting.
II. Accommodations - All housing
combined sleeps over 375 people. A short walk down the path leads to the
cabins.
- A. Cabins - Birch,
Pine, and Oak each have three wings, with 8 bunks (16 beds) in each
wing. There are two wash room
areas in each cabin with toilets, sinks, and showers.
The three wings open into a common room with a lounge area.
A wood burning stove is located in the common room with electric heat
in the cabin wings and wash rooms.
- B. Cabins -
Cottonwood,
Hickory, and Maple each have two dorm rooms with
12-13 bunks (24-26 people). Each cabin has
two wash room areas with sinks, toilets, and showers.
These buildings are heated with a gas furnace.
- C. Log Retreat
Center -
A cozy log home has been purchased by Sky Lodge, perfect for a
group of pastors, small couples retreat, church board, or leadership retreat.
The home includes five bedrooms and two full wash rooms. The Log Home is not handicap accessible at this time.
- D. Motel units -
We have ten motel units varying in size and number of beds.
They are as follows: 4
rooms with 2 double beds; 2 rooms with 1 double and 1 set of bunk beds; 3
rooms with 1 double bed; 1 room with 2 twin beds.

E. Tent/RV -
There are 80 hook-ups with electric and water.
One main dump station serves the camper park.
The camper park has many sites, most of them in the shade.
Our Chapel/Recreation building includes new wash rooms for our camper
park with plenty of sinks, toilets, and showers accessed through the north
side of the building.

F. Platform cabins
- We have two platform cabins that will sleep 12 campers each.
The structures have hard
sides and a wood floor with a shingled roof and screening for windows.
They are equipped with electricity and bunk beds.
(They are not equipped for winter use.)
III. Costs
Each retreat group
has different needs, and of course the cost is flexible according
to those needs. The following
are some example rates:
2008 Winter or
Spring youth retreat:
$86.30
per person
Friday night through Sunday afternoon, including 5
meals and use of facility.
2008 Summer youth camp: $185.00
per person
Sunday afternoon through Saturday morning. Includes
food service, pool, and horse staff.
