simplify Annual Conference reservations we are asking that you carefully read
this information. Then mail or fax
your Conference reservation to Sky Lodge. If you are planning to stay at a motel off the camp grounds, please read and follow the procedure for reserving motel
rooms in town. Details of Meal

Housing
for Pastors and Delegates
Housing is
supplemented up to $16.40 per pastor/delegate, per night.
(Pastors and Delegates traveling over 100 miles will also receive the
housing supplement for Wednesday night.)

Visitors, spouse of delegates, and children are welcome at Annual
Conference, but will need to make reservations, and purchase meals and housing.
Conference supplement for housing and meals will not be provided for
these individuals.
